Free Training for New Employees
For new employees, proficient use of these six Partner tools is vital: checkin, fame, notjane, sam, sam reports, and chuck.
Your new employees—or established employees in need of a refresher on the basics—will be well-launched into the effective use of six valuable Partner tools in just three short WebLabs. All that your employees need is a phone and access to the Internet in order to attend the WebLab.

Alternating Tuesdays: 2-3:30 p.m. ET
checkin/fame/notjane - Trainees will learn how to verify and edit demographic information through the checkin program. We'll start by demonstrating how to look up an already existing patient and verify demographics, and show how easy it is to access the patients' insurance information and guarantor accounts from one easy location. Trainees will learn all the programs you can access through fame and notjane, including the collection report, the account history, and immunizations.
Alternating Wednesdays: 2-3 p.m. ET
sam and chuck - Visit the Client Lobby calendar for this month's New Employee WebLab schedule.
sam and sam reports - Trainees will learn how to book same-day sick appointments and future appointments, such as well visits. The use of time frames, and how to use the various sam commands to easily and quickly book appointments will be covered.
chuck - Trainees will learn how to verify demographics before posting charges, post a simple visit (entering procedures and diagnosis and properly linking the two), and enter payments. Changing the primary payor, changing the number of units, price, and amount of copay will be covered.

Watch your InsidePCC e-mail for the registration forms. Complete and fax a registration form in order to attend any of the sessions to 802-846-8178.
Prior to the WebLab, you'll receive a confirmation fax reminding you of the upcoming training. This confirmation will contain a toll-free number for you to call and a Web address to attend the conference.
