At the end of every Users' Conference, we hear shouts of "Encore! Encore! Encore!" PCC clients are eager for more pediatric education and we aim to deliver in 2008 by offering PCC customers access to three back-to-back UC events. Our 2008 conference schedule includes a Pre-Conference workshop covering Partner Basic Training, followed by our traditional three-day Users' Conference covering Partner-focused pediatric education, and a one-day PCC Pediatric Practice Management conference on Friday open to pediatric practices across the country. With three fun, pediatric-focused events in a row, your UC experience will go on long after the first curtain call. Your UC opportunities begin with an optional full-day Pre-Conference workshop on Tuesday, July 29 covering Partner Basic Training. Partner Basic Training is designed for front and back office staff that are new to PCC and Partner software or those who would like a refresher. This classroom-style, instructor-led basic training encompasses front desk functions from checkin to checkout and back office functions from posting charges to entering payments. Partner software programs covered include: fame, notjane, checkin, sam, chuck, pam, pip, and oops. Seating is limited. 2. Users' Conference 2008:

The 2008 Users' Conference, exclusive for PCC customers, combines pediatric practice management topics with a Partner-specific focus. Over thirty courses are offered on Wednesday and Thursday to help you meet the challenges of the changing healthcare environment. PCC will present a special full-day course designed to Optimize your Revenue Cycle on Friday. PCC provides you with all the tools you need to run a financially and clinically healthy practice. Take advantage of your UC and the special Optimize your Revenue Cycle course on Friday to improve the effective use of these tools in your office.

3. PCC Pediatric Practice Management Conference:

On Friday, August 1, the PCC Pediatric Practice Management Conference begins. This one-day event offers thirteen classes presented by medical and practice management experts and is open to pediatric offices across the country. We know that many of you have been telling your friends and colleagues how much you learn and how much fun you have each year at the PCC Users' Conference. Now, you'll be able to inivite all your friends to join you in Vermont! By registering for the UC, you are automatically enrolled in the PCC Practice Management Conference.
