Actually, wouldn't it be 3 routes: snot, spit, and s**t?  I thought most
viral URI's are more likely to be transmitted through nasal secretions than
saliva.

That's what the pharmacist charged me.  He usually charges me approximately
his cost plus 10% or so.  I don't know what the charge to the patient is.
