Our company develops, supports and maintains software solutions for pediatric offices across the country. PCC products help pediatricians remain autonomous and practice excellent pediatric care, while our focus on client relationships and service is unparalleled in the industry.
Our Company and Location

We’re located in downtown Winooski, Vermont in the historic Champlain Mill, overlooking the Winooski River Falls and adjacent to the popular River Walk. Winooski is a vibrant, eclectic community that boasts a variety of popular new shops and restaurants, an active arts culture, and attractive public spaces. Right next door to Winooski is Burlington, Vermont’s largest city, located on the shores of Lake Champlain. Benefits at PCC
We offer both traditional and creative benefits for employees who work 12 months in each year and at least 20 hours per week. Take a look! Note: We define full-time employees as those who work 12 months in each year and at least 35 hours per week.
Time off to play
PCC provides a progressively generous Combined-Time-Off (CTO) package based on length of employment in addition to paid holidays.
Staying happy and healthy
PCC offers health insurance to eligible employees and their spouses or domestic partners and dependents. PCC covers a significant portion of the insurance premium. We offer generous reimbursement for qualifying dental and vision expenses as well as a hearing aid benefit for employees and their families. We also offer a flexible benefits plan to allow for payment of certain expenses using pre-tax dollars, such as health insurance premiums, uncovered medical expenses, dependent care, or commuting costs. We also offer short-term and long-term disability insurance, as well as life insurance.
Savings for retirement
PCC offers a highly competitive 401(k) plan with an employer match for eligible employees to save for retirement. This plan allows you to make either pre-tax or post-tax contributions. Funds are 100% vested from the first contribution.

PCC provides cell phone and home internet reimbursements to eligible employees.
