The person in the PCC office who helped us along with months of implementation had obviously been there a long time, knew exactly what she was doing. And then the person that came to the office when we first started using the practice management system, she'd been with them over 20 years at the time. She told me she had actually helped write some of the computer code, so she knew every aspect of the program, was able to help us with all the questions, both in the office and then for the months afterwards until we were, at that point, pretty comfortable without having to ask all the new client questions.
Richard Feuille:
PCC was great. We first went to San Francisco where we and several other practices did what they call a kick-off, where we learned the basics of using their system. And then for, what they call go-live, they came for a weekend where we learned, where they helped us get started ... How to learn to actually document visits in real-time. And then on that following Monday, while they were still here, we started seeing patients on the system. They were around to shepherd us through that process, and then after a few days, they left, and they've made visits since then. And we've had numerous phone visits and webinar visits where they've helped us and a few live visits.
Angela Beals:
My favorite PCC story was, in the very beginning, PCC sent out some of their team to help us setup our office, and they just made us feel like we're a part of their family. They made sure that everybody knew how to use the system. We laughed. We joked. There was no pressure in how quickly we needed to learn this system. We went to lunch. We went to dinner, and we just laughed. And we just had a really good time and just really connected with some of the PCC team.

I've had a great experience with PCC ever since the first day when I opened my practice. They were here for me. They helped us set up. They helped us walk through the whole patient experience, getting patients in rooms and seen and checked out, and it's been very user friendly and easy, so I'm so glad that I decided on PCC three years ago.
